TooledIn End User License Agreement (EULA)

Last Updated: 6th June 2025This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “You”) and TooledIn Pty Ltd (“TooledIn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the TooledIn mobile application and related services (“App”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant
TooledIn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your use in accordance with this Agreement.

2. User-Generated Content
You may post, upload, or share content including text, images, videos, and profile information (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it to the App, you grant TooledIn a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely for the operation and promotion of the App.
You agree:
• To only post content that you own or have permission to share.
• That your content complies with our Community Guidelines and does not violate any law.
• That TooledIn has the right to remove or restrict any content that violates this Agreement or our Community Guidelines.

3. Community Guidelines
Your use of the App is subject to our Community Guidelines, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. This includes our commitment to:
• Respectful communication
• Authentic, professional representation
• Child Safety Standards
• Prohibition of offensive, violent, or illegal content
Violation of the Community Guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice.
